Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. (This varies for each product and please inquire about how to obtain a warranty before purchasing.We are Not responsible for subsequent complaints)

Refund will not be possible in case of (but not limited to) missing box, missing instruction manual, missing parts/accessories, missing calibration certificate, damages, scratches, scuff marks on the product or broken security/warranty sticker.

We do not change or cash refund for Tools and IC produts

Please make sure you select Tools according to your requirement and usage. We do not change any tool catogory product with any other later!! or we DO NOT cash refund. If tool have manifacturing defects we only can repair item but do not change to new item. Repairing time can be very with spareparts availability.

If you purchase with warranty (ONLY WHO TALK TO OUR SALES AND PAY WARRANTY PRICE ) Please return item safly packed as we send to you. Addres mark on your parcel or indicated in FAQ is correct. In ANY RETURN OR REFUND CASE you should PAY COURIER CHARGES by yourself.WE DO NOT REFUND OR PAY COURIER CHARGES IN ANY CASE)

The warranty period and warranty terms and conditions for each product are different, so if you need to get a warranty, make sure to inquire about it at the time of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair.

  5. You will not receive the delivery fee charged in the event of a refund due to any product issue.
  6. It may take 2-3 days for you to place an order.
  7. Delivery fee is Rs. 480.00 (per 1 kg weight)
